The D6 uses Suunto’s RGBM algorithm, with allows you to  make multiple stops during your dive  instead of the traditional safety stop. This allows you to extend your bottom time while still being very safe.

Know exactly where you’re going, even if you leave your compass at home. The D6 digital compass will keep you in the right direction whether it be under water or above the surface.

It also comes equipped with 3 dive modes. Good old Air  , Nitrox from 21 to 100%, and Gauge mode for use as a bottom timer or depth gauge for free divers, making it ideal for any diver.

The Puck Sports a single button to scroll through menu option, which alleviates the feeling that if you hit the wrong button you might screw something up.

It also has larger digits that makes it very easy to read, as well as back-light on demand for low visibility conditions or night dives.

It utilizes a conservative algorithm  for an even larger margin of safety, this is perfect for entry level divers or divers how are very conservative. However,  there are two “personal correction” settings to make the computer more liberal.
